These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://norske.us/ (the "Site") and any purchase of products from Norske, including golf carts, spas, saunas, garage doors, e-bikes, and related accessories.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase from us.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) and able to form a binding contract to purchase products from the Site. By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We strive to describe products accurately, including features, specifications, pricing, and availability. However:

5. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time before your order is accepted.

Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, handling fees, delivery fees, and other charges will be calculated and displayed (or estimated) at checkout where available. You are responsible for any taxes or governmental charges associated with your purchase, except where we are required to collect them.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, system, or supplier error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount charged.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information. We may use fraud-prevention tools and may delay or cancel orders pending verification.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Please note:

  • Delivery estimates are not guarantees
  • Large or specialty items (such as golf carts, spas, saunas, garage doors, and certain e-bike shipments) may require freight delivery, appointment scheduling, signature, or special handling
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring someone is available to receive delivery when required
  • Risk of loss and title typically pass upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:

  • Golf carts and e-bikes must be operated in accordance with applicable laws, safety rules, age restrictions, and manufacturer instructions
  • Spas, saunas, and garage doors may require licensed professionals for safe installation and connection

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. By purchasing from us, you agree to that policy.

10. Warranties

10.1 Manufacturer Warranties

Many products may include manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures are determined by the manufacturer's terms, unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

10.2 Limited Store Commitment

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norske and its owners, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury, property damage, or business interruption arising from:

  • Use of or inability to use the Site or products
  • Product installation, assembly, or misuse
  • Shipping delays or carrier issues beyond our reasonable control
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data

Our total liability for any claim related to a product or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Norske and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or products, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, supply-chain disruptions, carrier failures, utility outages, cyber incidents, war, terrorism, epidemics, or government actions.

17. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Norske principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer protection laws of your state of residence require otherwise.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Disclaimer, and any order-specific terms presented at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and Norske regarding the Site and purchases.
